TURNAROUND TIMES

Our rainbows are handmade to order unless in the 'Ready to Send' Collection. Our production times for our textured rainbows is generally 1-3 weeks, but we always say allow for 4 weeks in times of high demand. (Excluding postage times )

All Terracotta Rainbows are made to order. Again, we aim to have your items made and posted in 2-3 weeks, in times of high demand please allow up to 4 weeks production time plus postage.

All Mac + Me products are made by hand by myself, a busy Mum. Please understand if there is a wait time, as it is extremely important to us that your product to is created to the highest standard.

If in need of any products before the advised turn around times, please be sure to contact me prior to your purchase and I will endeavour to accomodate your request.

PRE ORDERS

We do not do any preorders for products at this stage.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE A CUSTOM RAINBOW ORDER?

Once a custom textured rainbow order has been placed, we then discuss via email or Instagram/Facebook DM colour choices that you would like.

At Mac + Me we have a wide variety of colours and textured yarn, so we ask that you have colours.,

 ]in mind when discussing combinations.

Once a combination has been decided on, production will take place. Colours can not be changed once making has begun.

For Personalised Terracotta Rainbows, please make sure name and date (optional) is left in notes at checkout. If ordering more that one Personalised Rainbow in different colours, please make sure name is specified for each colour.

HOW DO I HANG MY RAINBOW?

All textured rainbows have a hook on the back that rainbow can easily be hung by.

All Terracotta Rainbows can be easily hung by the attached string. If rainbows need to be straightened when hanging, simply pull the strings slightly to adjust level.

ARE YOUR PIECES KILN FIRED?

No, which means our pieces are not water resistant and should be handled with care always. Our pieces however, are very sturdy and designed with some handling in mind. 

IS LOCAL PICKUP AVAILABLE?

Yes, collection is Ballarat side of Creswick. Use the code LOCAL for local pick up.
